Privacy Policy.

Effective date: May 2026  ·  DigicuratorAgency.com

This policy covers all products and live sessions offered under builds.digicuratoragency.com — including the Vibe Coding Build Sprint, all individual live build sessions, and any associated digital products. We keep it plain English. If something isn't clear, email us at ness@digicuratoragency.com.

01

What we collect

When you purchase a session, join the waitlist, or interact with our pages, we may collect:

  • Identity data — first name, last name, email address
  • Payment data — processed entirely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Session data — the specific build session(s) you purchased and your access status
  • Waitlist data — email and session interest if you join the waitlist
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited on our site
  • Communications data — messages you send us directly via email

We collect only what we need to deliver your session and communicate about it.

02

How we use your data

  • To confirm your purchase and deliver access to your live session and recording
  • To send pre-session setup instructions (API keys, pre-work, Zoom link)
  • To notify you of session schedule changes, replays, or follow-up resources
  • To process payment securely via our payment provider
  • To respond to your questions or support requests
  • To send you relevant updates about future build sessions — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email
  • To improve our sessions and pages using aggregated, anonymous analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not rent your email list to advertisers. Marketing emails from us will always be from ness@digicuratoragency.com and will always include an unsubscribe link.

03

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run our sessions:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
  • Zoom — live session hosting. Zoom's privacy policy applies during sessions.
  • ConvertKit / email provider — session confirmation and follow-up emails
  • Google Analytics — anonymous site usage data (page views, traffic sources). No personally identifiable data is shared.
  • GitHub — you receive access to a private GitHub repository as part of your session. GitHub's terms apply to repository use.
  • Airtable, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Blotato, Remotion — referenced in build sessions as tools you set up yourself. We do not share your data with these services on your behalf.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy and terms. We choose providers carefully and review them periodically.

04

Session recordings

Live build sessions are recorded and made available to all session purchasers for lifetime personal access. By attending a live session:

  • You acknowledge the session is being recorded
  • If you share your screen or speak during Q&A, that content may appear in the recording
  • Recordings are hosted privately — only people who purchased the session can access them
  • If you prefer not to appear in a recording, keep your camera off and use the chat for questions

Recordings are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, re-sell, or publicly share session recordings. See the Terms of Service for full details.

05

Cookies & analytics

Our pages use minimal cookies:

  • Essential cookies — required for the page to function (e.g., remembering your session state)
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, used to understand how people find and use our pages. All data is aggregated and anonymous.

We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some page features may not work as expected.

06

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption on all our pages
  • Stripe handles all payment data — we never store card details
  • Email access is restricted to Ness Alazne and authorised team members only

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we commit to notifying you promptly if a breach affects your data.

07

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction — ask us to update inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal obligations)
  • Portability — receive your data in a common, machine-readable format
  • Unsubscribe — opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
  • Objection — object to processing of your data in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, email ness@digicuratoragency.com. We respond within 30 days.

08

International transfers

DigicuratorAgency is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from your country. By purchasing a session or joining the waitlist, you consent to this transfer.

We use service providers (like Stripe and Zoom) that maintain their own data transfer compliance frameworks, including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/EEA residents where applicable.

09

Children's privacy

Our sessions and services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10

Policy changes

We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll notify active customers by email. Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
