Terms of Service.

What you receive

Your GrowthOS purchase includes:

• The complete GrowthOS platform source code, delivered as a downloadable ZIP with a personal license key
• All 10 production-ready AI systems included in GrowthOS at the time of purchase
• Future AI systems added to the GrowthOS roadmap (Founding Member benefit — included at no additional cost)
• Bonus courses included with your purchase as listed on the purchase page
• Week 1 live implementation sessions covering installation, configuration, API setup, and deployment
• Weeks 2–4 live support sessions covering customization, troubleshooting, and implementation guidance
• Lifetime access to all implementation session recordings

Access & delivery

• Your GrowthOS source code download (ZIP) and license key are delivered within 48 hours of purchase
• Implementation session details and scheduling information are sent to your purchase email within 24 hours
• Recording links are sent to your email within 24–48 hours after each session ends
• GrowthOS is delivered as a complete platform — implementation sessions during your first month help you install, configure, and launch it
• It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters
• Your license is for the individual purchaser only. Please do not share your source code download, license key, or credentials with others

Acceptable use & license terms

Your purchase grants you a GrowthOS Standard Personal License — a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You may:

• Use GrowthOS on one licensed development computer and one production deployment
• Create multiple GrowthOS projects on your licensed development computer
• Customize, modify, and extend the GrowthOS source code for your own business
• Watch your implementation session recordings as many times as you like, forever

You may not:

• Install or run GrowthOS on more than one development computer without purchasing an additional license
• Share, redistribute, or transfer the source code or license key to any other person
• Use GrowthOS to provide the platform as a service to third-party clients without an Agency license
• Re-sell, sublicense, or white-label GrowthOS without a White Label license
• Run your own paid course, workshop, or training based substantially on GrowthOS materials without written permission
• Claim GrowthOS materials as your own original work

Agency and White Label licenses are planned for customers who require broader commercial deployment rights. Contact ness@digicuratoragency.com for availability.

Recordings & content

Implementation sessions are recorded. By attending a live session:

• You acknowledge and consent to the session being recorded
• If you share your screen, speak, or appear on camera during Q&A, your contributions may appear in the recording distributed to other purchasers
• If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use the text chat for questions

Recordings are provided for your lifetime personal access. All recordings, prompts, and project files remain the intellectual property of DigicuratorAgency. Your right is to use them, not to own or redistribute them.

Payment terms

• All prices are listed in USD
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details
• Your purchase is complete when Stripe confirms payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately
• If a payment fails, access will not be granted until payment is resolved
• Prices shown on the purchase page at the time of checkout are the prices you pay — no hidden fees

Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of GrowthOS. If something goes wrong on our end — materials are not delivered or there is a technical failure that prevents you from accessing what you paid for — we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately revoke access to all session materials, recordings, and repository access
• Provide evidence of purchase and delivery to your bank or card network to contest the chargeback
• Pursue recovery of the disputed amount, including any chargeback fees incurred

If you have a genuine concern about a charge, please email ness@digicuratoragency.com first. We respond quickly and resolve issues fairly.

Intellectual property

The GrowthOS platform, its source code, architecture, instructional materials, recordings, and written content created by DigicuratorAgency are our intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a GrowthOS Standard Personal License to use the software as described in Section 03 — it does not transfer ownership of the platform itself.

Customizations and modifications you make to your GrowthOS installation are yours. The underlying GrowthOS platform and its original components remain the intellectual property of DigicuratorAgency.

Your license key is tied to your purchase. It may not be transferred, shared, or reassigned to another individual or organization.

Disclaimer & results

GrowthOS is a platform for building and running AI-powered business systems using Claude Code and third-party APIs. Results depend on your effort, your existing setup, and the third-party tools involved.

• We make no guarantees regarding income, revenue, or business outcomes from using the systems you build
• Third-party APIs (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Blotato, Airtable, Remotion, Stripe) are subject to their own pricing, terms, and availability. We are not responsible for changes to third-party services
• Claude Code and the Anthropic API are subject to Anthropic's terms. Session content reflects the tool's capabilities at the time of recording and may require adaptation as tools evolve
• We do our best to keep session materials current but cannot guarantee they will remain accurate indefinitely as APIs and tools change

GrowthOS gives you the tools and implementation support to build and run your business. The value is in what you build and how you use it — not a guaranteed outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigicuratorAgency's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or bundle in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss — arising from your use of session materials or the systems you build.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Richmond, Virginia, under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action in connection with any dispute relating to these terms.
