Terms of Service.

What you receive

Each live build session purchase includes:

• Access to one live Zoom session (2–3 hours) where we build the system together
• Lifetime access to the full HD session recording
• Access to the private GitHub project repository to fork and deploy yourself
• The master Claude Code prompt kit with brand voice placeholders and API setup guide
• A pre-session setup walkthrough video (API keys, avatar, voice clone)
• Any session-specific bonus resources listed on the purchase page at the time of purchase

The Founding Member Bundle ($297) includes all of the above for all 6 live build sessions — one recording delivered immediately (Session 01), and the remaining five delivered as each session runs live.

Access & delivery

• Your Zoom link and pre-work are delivered to your purchase email within 24 hours of purchase
• GitHub repository access is granted within 48 hours of purchase
• Recording links are sent to your email within 24–48 hours after each session ends
• If you cannot attend live, the recording and all materials are still yours — everything is asynchronous-friendly
• It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters
• Access is for the individual purchaser only. Please do not share login links or credentials with others

Acceptable use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use all session materials. You may:

• Watch the recording as many times as you like, forever
• Fork the GitHub project and deploy it for your own business or clients
• Adapt the master prompt kit for your own brand voice and use cases
• Build systems for clients using what you learned in the session

You may not:

• Re-sell, redistribute, or share session recordings, prompt kits, or repository access with anyone who has not purchased
• Run your own course, workshop, or paid training based substantially on our session materials without written permission
• Claim our materials as your own original work
• Share your GitHub repository access link publicly

Recordings & content

Live sessions are recorded. By attending a live session:

• You acknowledge and consent to the session being recorded
• If you share your screen, speak, or appear on camera during Q&A, your contributions may appear in the recording distributed to other purchasers
• If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use the text chat for questions

Recordings are provided for your lifetime personal access. All recordings, prompts, and project files remain the intellectual property of DigicuratorAgency. Your right is to use them, not to own or redistribute them.

Payment terms

• All prices are listed in USD
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details
• Your purchase is complete when Stripe confirms payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately
• If a payment fails, access will not be granted until payment is resolved
• Prices shown on the purchase page at the time of checkout are the prices you pay — no hidden fees

Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our sessions. If something goes wrong on our end — a session is cancelled, materials are not delivered, or there is a technical failure that prevents you from accessing what you paid for — we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

If you cannot attend a live session, the recording and all materials are still yours. We do not issue refunds for scheduling conflicts.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately revoke access to all session materials, recordings, and repository access
• Provide evidence of purchase and delivery to your bank or card network to contest the chargeback
• Pursue recovery of the disputed amount, including any chargeback fees incurred

If you have a genuine concern about a charge, please email ness@digicuratoragency.com first. We respond quickly and resolve issues fairly.

Intellectual property

All session content, recordings, master prompts, CLAUDE.md files, system architectures, and written materials created by DigicuratorAgency are our intellectual property.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business purposes as described in Section 03. This licence does not transfer ownership.

The systems you build yourself using our prompts and methods are yours. The prompt kits and instructional materials themselves are ours.

Disclaimer & results

Our sessions teach you how to build AI-powered systems using Claude Code and third-party APIs. Results depend on your effort, your existing setup, and the third-party tools involved.

• We make no guarantees regarding income, revenue, or business outcomes from using the systems you build
• Third-party APIs (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Blotato, Airtable, Remotion, Stripe) are subject to their own pricing, terms, and availability. We are not responsible for changes to third-party services
• Claude Code and the Anthropic API are subject to Anthropic's terms. Session content reflects the tool's capabilities at the time of recording and may require adaptation as tools evolve
• We do our best to keep session materials current but cannot guarantee they will remain accurate indefinitely as APIs and tools change

Our sessions are educational and practical. The value is in what you learn and build — not a guaranteed outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigicuratorAgency's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or bundle in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss — arising from your use of session materials or the systems you build.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Richmond, Virginia, under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action in connection with any dispute relating to these terms.
